Caroline Daniels
Caroline Daniels studied law at KULeuven university (2003-2008) and graduated summa cum laude. She obtained an LLM in international law from the University of Cape Town (2009) and completed the Master Complémentaire en Droits de l’Homme at Université Saint-Louis (summa cum laude, 2015).
Caroline is a lawyer at the Brussels bar. She started her career as a lawyer in 2010 and is specialized in commercial litigation and contracts. She is currently working with law firm resolut.
Besides her activities as a lawyer, Caroline is a teaching assistant at both the UGent and the KULeuven departments of Procedural Law. She also teaches part of the procedural law courses which trainee lawyers need to complete in order to obtain their bar qualification.
Caroline frequently publishes in the domain of civil procedural law, with a special focus on the right to a fair trial (as guaranteed by article 6 ECHR).
