Elise Dauw
Between 2019 and 2025, Elise Dauw was a full-time assistant at the Institute for Procedural Law. In September 2025, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the role of the judge and the subject matter of the claim. Elise publishes in the field of civil procedure.
Elise graduated with greatest distinction as a Master of Laws at Ghent University in 2019. She received the prize of best law student over the entire academic career (Bachelor and Master). Elise obtained her master's degree in notarial law in 2021 (magna cum laude).
