Isabelle Dupré
Short Bio
She has since held advisory roles within the field of Justice for the government, the judiciary, the notarial and the bar, focusing on organization, management, digitalization, and compliance, and has published on reforms in judicial organization.
She is also a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters, and has served on the Notarial Appointment Commission and the Federal Mediation Commission. Since 2022, she is one of the external members of the Supervisory Board of the Flemish Bar Association.
As of May 1, 2025, she has been appointed part-time research fellow at the Institute for Procedural Law at the University of Ghent. She is conducting doctoral research on the relationship between financing, autonomous management and the independence of the judiciary in Europe and Belgium, with a particular focus on digitalization.
