Jarich Werbrouck

Jarich Werbrouck is judge at the Court of First Instance of East-Flanderen, Ghent division.

After obtaining his master of laws at Ghent University in 2017, he started his doctoral research in February 2018. His research focused on the impact of EU consumer law and the case law of the Court of Justice on national procedural law. He successfully defended his PhD in 2022. Other interests of Jarich include a.o. substantive consumer law and product liability law.
