Institute for Procedural Law attends BPR Seminar in Amsterdam

During the afternoon, PhD students and more senior researchers had the opportunity to share their research with the attendees.

The presentations covered a wide range of topics and generated interesting discussions and new insights.

Among others, Prof Wannes Vandenbussche spoke about the hidden forces of the law of evidence, Max De Schryver about legal thinking in civil procedure and Elise Dauw about the judge and the object of the claim.
