Diploma contract

For Bachelor’s programmes, Master’s programmes, preparatory programmes and linking programmes:

The enrolment period is from 1 August until 30 September.

In exceptional cases, late enrolments are allowed:

From 1 October, you must request the Curriculum Committee permission to enrol late through Oasis. The Curriculum Committee may deny you to take up particular course units in your curriculum.

From 1 March, no enrolments are accepted.

This means that all the steps listed below must be completed before March 1; keep in mind that this may take time.

Credit contract

First-term course units

For first-term course units, students may enrol from 1 August until 30 September.
In exceptional cases, late enrolments are allowed:

  • From 1 October, you must request the Curriculum Committee permission to enrol late through Oasis.
  • From 15 November, no enrolments are accepted.

Full-year course units

For full-year course units, you can enrol from 1 August until 30 September.
In exceptional cases, late enrolments are allowed:

  • From 1 October, you must request the Curriculum Committee permission to enrol late through Oasis.
  • From 1 March, no enrolments are accepted.

Second-term course unit

For second-term course units, you can enrol from 1 August until the last day of February.

From 1 March, no enrolments are accepted.

Postgraduate study programmes and predoctoral training programmes

The enrolment period for postgraduate study programmes and predoctoral training programmes is determined by the Faculty.

From 1 March, no enrolments are accepted for postgraduate programmes and predoctoral training programmes.

Doctoral program (PhD)

Late enrolment does not apply to an initial registration for a doctoral program (PhD), this enrolment can be taken at any time during the year.

A RE-enrolment for doctoral program (PhD) is late as of October 1.

Process

Starting October 1, for a RE-enrolment, you must ask the curriculum committee - through your Faculty Student Administration - for admission.

Timeliness

The timeliness to enrol is determined by the date on which you report to the Registrar’s Office of the Department of Educational Policy with the required permissions and authorizations (either in person, or electronically).
