Shared mailbox for student associations

A shared mailbox is a mailbox that can be used by several students together (e.g. by student associations).

Request a shared mailbox

Student associations can request a shared mailbox through ICT HelpMe :

Please provide the desired e-mail address:
- Starts with a letter and is not case-sensitive.
- Contains only letters, numbers and a maximum of 1 dot.
- Must not already exist.
- Must be clear and cover the content.
Briefly describe what the shared mailbox will be used for.
Specify who is to have access to the shared mailbox.

Once the new shared mailbox is available, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
