Shared mailbox for student associations
A shared mailbox is a mailbox that can be used by several students together (e.g. by student associations).
Request a shared mailbox
Student associations can request a shared mailbox through ICT HelpMe :
- Please provide the desired e-mail address:
- Starts with a letter and is not case-sensitive.
- Contains only letters, numbers and a maximum of 1 dot.
- Must not already exist.
- Must be clear and cover the content.
- Briefly describe what the shared mailbox will be used for.
- Specify who is to have access to the shared mailbox.
Once the new shared mailbox is available, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Add a shared mailbox in Outlook
To add a shared mailbox to the new Outlook, the classic Outlook or the web version of Outlook, refer to the Microsoft support page Open and use a shared mailbox in Outlook.
