Shared mailbox for student associations

A shared mailbox is a mailbox that can be used by several students together (e.g. by student associations).

Request a shared mailbox

Student associations can request a shared mailbox through ICT HelpMe :

  • Please provide the desired e-mail address:
    • Starts with a letter and is not case-sensitive.
    • Contains only letters, numbers and a maximum of 1 dot.
    • Must not already exist.
    • Must be clear and cover the content.
  • Briefly describe what the shared mailbox will be used for.
  • Specify who is to have access to the shared mailbox.

Once the new shared mailbox is available, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
