ANSER Conference 2026 - Registration

Participation options

OPTION 1: Registration for the full conference (6, 7 and 8 May 2026)

Conference fee applies and includes entrance, lunch and coffee for the two Scientific Days (6-7 May 2026) and the Policy Impact Day (8 May 2026).

OPTION 2: Registration for the Policy Impact Conference Day only (8 May 2026)

Registration for the Policy Impact Day is free, but registration is required. Registration includes entrance, lunch and coffee on the 8th of May.

Please be aware that there will be limited availability of seats, and priority to this Policy Impact Day will be given to participants of the full conference (6 – 8 May 2026) and non-academic stakeholders. Participants of academic institutions only registering for the Policy Impact Day will provisionally be registered but will only receive confirmation of participation in due time.

Closing of registration

The registration deadline is April 12, 2026. However, should we reach the maximum number of participants before that date, registration will close earlier. We encourage you to register promptly.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation before 6 April 2026, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. After that date, we will be unable to refund your fee. If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, kindly send us an email to anser@ugent.be with the message title ‘Cancellation ANSER Conference 2026 + name + surname’.

Payment Instructions

Registration is confirmed only after online registration and receipt of payment. At that point, you will receive a confirmation email.

For registration for the Policy Impact Day only (Option 2), priority will be given to non-academic stakeholders. Researchers who register exclusively for the Policy Impact Day will be placed on a waiting list and will receive confirmation closer to the Conference.
