ANSER Student Network

Who we are

The ANSER Student Network (ASN) connects students who are passionate about SRHR worldwide. It empowers students to collaborate on SRHR research projects and access training sessions that enhance their capacity to contribute to policy debates and bridge the gap between academia and SRHR policymaking.

Led by students with support from the ANSER Secretariat, the network remains student-driven, ensuring it stays relevant to student needs. The ASN is taken forward by:

What we offer

• A global network connecting students working on or interested in SRHR, providing opportunities to engage with experts in the field.
• Collaboration on SRHR-related topics and the development of outreach materials.
• Skills building through online seminars, learning activities, networking events, and summer schools focused on SRHR and policy.

Examples of past activities

• Annual ANSER Summer School
• Webinars, to gain new insights into SRHR
• Policy brief labs, where students receive training in policy brief writing, then collaborate in self-selected groups to draft evidence-based briefs on chosen SRHR topics.
