1. Registration
1.1 Registration for the full conference (7, 8 and 9 Feb 2024)
The conference has reached it's full capacity. Unfortunately we are not able to accept new registrations. We thank you for your interest.

1.2 Registration for the Policy Impact Conference Day only (9 Feb 2024)
Registration for the Policy Impact Day is free, but registration is required. To register for the Policy Impact Day only, please follow this link.
Please be aware that there will be limited availability of seats and priority to this Policy Impact Day will be given to participants of the full conference (7-8/02/2024) and non-academic stakeholders. Participants of academic institutions only registering for the Policy Impact Day will provisionally be registered but will only receive the confirmation of participation in due time.
2. Conference Fee
The ANSER Conference spans three days. Two scientific days (7-8 February 2024) are followed by a policy impact day (9 February 2024).
On the scientific days a conference fee is charged to the participants. For the policy impact day there is no conference fee, but priority will be given to researchers registered for the scientific day, as well as non-academic stakeholders, such as policymakers, civil society representatives, UN institutions, the private sector, health professionals, etc.
Conference fee for full conference (7, 8 & 9 February 2024)
- Students (Bachelor, Master): €100
- ANSER members staff (Please check the list of member institutions here):
- Regular registration (Between 19 Nov. 2023 and 16 Jan. 2024): €225
Non-ANSER members:
- Regular registration (Between 19 Nov. 2023 and 16th of Jan. 2024): €275
Close of registration: 16 Jan. 2024
Conference fee includes:
- Entrance for the conference 7-9 Feb 2024
- Coffee breaks & lunch during the conference
- ICRH+30 celebration evening reception 8 Feb 2024
Conference fee for the Policy Impact Day (9 February 2024)
Free entrance but registration is required.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation before 8 Jan. 2024, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. After that date, we will be unable to refund your fee. If you need to cancel your participation in the conference, kindly send us an e-mail to anser@ugent.be with the message title ‘Cancellation ANSER Conference 2024 + name + surname’.
Payment Instructions
The registration is only confirmed after receipt of payment & online registration. At that point, you will receive a confirmation email.
