Karen Andrea Malagón Rodríguez

Karen Andrea Malagón Rodríguez holds a B.Sc. in Agronomy from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Currently, she is an M.Sc. student in the International Master of Science in Soils and Global Change, jointly organized by Ghent University (Belgium) and Aarhus University (Denmark). At Ghent University, she is pursuing her master’s thesis under the supervision of Prof. Abdul Mouazen, focusing on attention-based deep learning for integrating proximal and remote soil spectral analysis. Her research interests include soil science, remote sensing, soil spectroscopy, and soil mapping and modelling.
