Tony Ruyssen

Senior Lecturer

Tony Ruyssen is Senior Lecturer and is responsible for the laboratory of dairy technology and microbiology including flow cytometry.

Main research activities are dairy technology, microbiology and flow cytometry.

He received a MSc degree in Biology and a MSc degree in Environmental Sanitation from Ghent University in Belgium and is holder of a teacher's degree.

His research focusses on dairy technology, dairy microbiology and flow cytometry.

He is responsible for the courses “Dairy Technology” and “Preservation Technology”.
