Biochemistry services

We offer scientific services based on our expertise with the following techniques, described in standard operating procedures (SOP) and according to good scientific practices (GSP):

• State-of-the-art flow cytometric analysis e.g. immunophenotyping (mice studies, veterinary oncology, canine lymphoma diagnostic,..) and metabolism (cell death, proliferation, …) on a 3 laser flow cytometer within the CORE.
• Mouse mammary gland fully immunocompetent and intraductal inoculation model to study bovine mastitis and breast cancer (e.g screening of candidate therapeutics).
• Housing of mice (incl blood sampling and dissection).
• ELISA, multiplex and western blot analysis of (secreted) proteins/biomarkers on urine, serum, plasma, tissue lysates in different species (veterinary inflammation and oncology studies).
• Immunohistochemistry for veterinary oncology.
