Knowledge and advice centre for Ethology and Animal Welfare
If you have any questions regarding behaviour and welfare of companion animals, farm animals, laboratory animals or zoo animals, or if you require a consultation for a behavioural problem of your cat, dog or horse, you can contact the Ethology and Animal Welfare Research Group and/or the collaborating visiting professors.
Genetic tests
Breeders and owners of pet animals can send us samples to be tested for hereditary diseases.
Gene Therapy - IVIS Lumina II
We offer the possibility to research groups and companies to evaluate the in vivo behavior and biological effect of their siRNA, gene based medicines, anti-cancer agents, etc. using the IVIS Lumina II.
