Abstract
Explore. Prepare. Go Abroad.
Are you considering taking your career abroad? Whether you are aiming for an academic position, a role in a multinational enterprise, an international Non-Governmental Organisation, or an Intergovernmental Organisation, developing a clear strategy for your international career is essential. This training helps you define your motivations, identify your goals, and translate your academic experience into a compelling international career profile.
Across two interactive training days, you will explore your personal career drivers, analyse your professional strengths and development areas, and learn how to navigate the global job market. You will discover how to tailor your CV and cover letter for international applications, prepare for assessments and interviews, and learn effective networking strategies to connect with organisations and peers across borders.
After the group sessions, each participant will receive a personal one-on-one coaching session to refine their CV, cover letter, networking strategy, or international career plan. By the end of this programme, you will have developed a clear vision, a concrete action plan, and the tools to confidently take the next step towards an international career that fits your ambitions, competencies and values.
