Abstract

Do you often find yourself leading meetings and want to make sure they are both productive and meaningful? This one-day training is designed to help you lead meetings with confidence and make a lasting impact.

Together, we will explore the various types of meetings and their distinct purposes, learn how to plan and structure a successful meeting, and address challenges that may arise—whether from the topics at hand or interactions with other participants.

While the primary focus is on the role of the meeting leader, participants will also learn how to contribute more effectively when attending meetings. You will discover practical tips on how to make your voice heard, how to engage actively, and how to ensure your participation adds value to the discussion.

This training will equip you with tools and strategies that enhance meetings, making them more effective, collaborative, and rewarding for everyone involved.
