Dany Loret

Dany has over 30 years of CEO business experience in multi-national steel and copper producers.
Earlier career steps include global account management, M&A and reorganization.

Dany obtained his engineering degree and his PhD in semiconductor electronics from Gent University. He also studied at Vlerick Business School (JMP), INSEAD (CCC) and IMD.

The ongoing DBA @ Vlerick Business School / PhD @ the universities of Gent and Leuven are about family business, where private equity enters in a minority position. The research focus is on the dynamics between the two shareholders, and in particular the impact of the factor “trust” among both shareholders on the dealmaking and execution success.
