Research interests

• Design of high-performing, novel algorithms for a large-scale omics data analysis, with a specific emphasis on mass spectrometry based proteomics and metabolomics
• Development of user-friendly, production grade tools based on these algorithms to allow users to perform their own cutting-edge data analysis
• Extensive experience with machine learning, statistic methods and data management
• Education of the broad public with online videos, (online) tutorials, international workshops and summer schools
