Call for project access to Tier1 Compute (VSC)
Calls are open 3 times per year, to get access to the Tier1 compute resources of the Flemish Supercomputer Center
- Current system is BrENIAC
- Near mid 2021, the new Tier1 HPC system ‘Hortense’ would also be available (including some GPUs)
Allocations typically range
- 500.000 - 5.000.000 corehours (CPU) and/or
- 1.000-25.000 GPUhours
- requests for more are possible
- Project access duration is usually 8 months.
