Through our close collaboration with the ProGenTomics Core Facility, physically co-located with the UGent NGS Core, we offer an end-to-end service that combines RNA-seq, mass spectrometry-based proteomics, and advanced bioinformatics.
Because gene and protein expression are measured from the same biological sample, the resulting datasets can be integrated more directly and interpreted with greater confidence. This provides a clearer view of molecular processes and a stronger basis for biological discovery.
