Charlotte D'Hoore

Charlotte D'HooreCharlotte D’Hoore obtained her Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Padua in 2022. Her interest in neurodevelopmental diversity led her to the Research in Developmental Diversity Lab (RIDDL), where she completed her pre-graduate internship and wrote her thesis on the impact of early intervention on imitation skills in toddlers with autism.
After graduating, she worked as a research assistant on various RIDDL projects, focusing on neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, autism, and intellectual disability.
Charlotte is currently pursuing a PhD, investigating Project ImPACT (Improving Parents As Communication Teachers)—a parent-mediated program—as an early intervention for infants at elevated likelihood of autism. Her goal is to contribute meaningfully to the field of early intervention in autism through clinically relevant research.
