Short bio:

Christopher Eccleston is a visiting professor in the Department of Experimental-Clinical and Health Psychology at Ghent University, Belgium. He is a Professor of Medical Psychology and Director of the Centre for Pain Research at the University of Bath (https://christophereccleston.co.uk/ or https://researchportal.bath.ac.uk/en/persons/christopher-eccleston/). He is interested in the psychology of embodied perception, and has published extensively on cognitive factors in pain, evidence based pain medicine, research integrity and pain, psychological interventions for chronic pain, and digital therapeutics. Having founded and led the Bath Clinical Pain Management Unit, he consults internationally on the development and management of chronic pain teams and services.
