On Thursday evening, April 25, 2024, the GIPLI team will delve into current topics related to copyright, design rights, and trademark law as part of the postgraduate series Willy Delva. Registrations are open.
In the spring of 2024, the 50th edition of the renowned Willy Delva postgraduate cycle at Ghent University will take place. Prof. Reinhard Steennot chairs the event and has gathered eminent speakers in the field of economic law.
On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the team from GIPLI will address current issues related to intellectual rights.
- Prof. Dr. Simon Geiregat will discuss developments in copyright law.
- Prof. Dr. Hendrik Vanhees will approach recent case law and future perspectives regarding design rights.
- Mr. Paul Maeyaert and Mr. Jeroen Muyldermans will discuss current affairs in trademark law.
