Seminar on IP and human rights in Nottingham

(06-02-2025) On Wednesday, 5 February, Prof. Geiregat was invited to give a keynote presentation on the intersection between intellectual property and human rights at the University of Nottingham.
The keynote was the kick-off speech for a seminar entitled The Duty to Protect Intellectual Property v The Balance with Other Interests and Rights, organized by Prof. Paul Torremans (University of Nottingham) and attended by fellow-academics and students.
