(05-05-2025) Last Friday and today, GIPLI had the pleasure of receiving Prof. Sérgio Branco at the Ghent University Faculty of Law and Criminology.

Prof. Sergio Branco is a Brazilian expert in law and technology, with a focus on copyright law. He is teaching at various institutions worldwide, and is a founder of famous research institution ITS, where he is one of the directors. He was kind enough to give guest lectures on the hot topic of AI and copyright, where he included various fresh market perspectives.
