Registration fee
The conference fee includes the full conference programme, the conference bag, coffee, tea and water breaks, lunch and guided city tour (both on March 29).
Accommodation is not included. An overview of possible accommodation arrangements can be found on the Accommodation page.
Onsite registration is not possible.
Registration types:
- Full registration: € 175,- (early bird rate for registrations in 2018: € 145,-)
- Reduced registration rate for PhD students: € 125,-
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to gpv@ugent.be. If a cancellation is received before February 1, 2019, reimbursement of the registration fee, minus €50, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the conference for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made.
