Max De Schryver

Max De Schryver is active as a PhD researcher since 2020.

He researches how judges influence the rules or procedures in civil proceedings directly, through the adoption of (cross-dispute) rules, and indirectly through types of interpretive techniques.

His masterthesis titled as "Deformalisering van het burgerlijk procesrecht na Potpourri. Over wat rest.", was awarded with the APR-prijs 2019-2020 in 2021 by the non profit organisation Algemene Praktische Rechtsverzameling.
