In vitro human gastrointestinal digestion

Material and protocols are available for simulating human gastrointestinal digestion of foods in a static in vitro system. The different compartments (mouth, stomach, small intestine, large intestine) can be simulated and samples can be prepared for subsequent laboratory analyses.
