About

In June 2013, Marie-Leen Verdonck graduated at the faculty of Bio-Science engineering with a master in forest and nature management. Since February 2014 she has been working at the FORSIT lab as a scientific researcher on the HyperForest project. In August 2014 she started working as a PhD student on the UrbanEARS project. She will work on the link between temperature and urban environments by using remote sensing and GIS.
