Your grades will become available in Oasis after the exams. Dates of the publication can be found on the faculty's academic calendar.

Transcript of Records

When your Erasmus stay has come to an end, you can generate your official "Transcript of Records" in Oasis as soon as all your grades are available by following these steps:

  • Go to https://oasis.ugent.be and log in with your UGent username and password (the same as for Ufora and webmail).
  • In the menu on the left, go to “General information” → “Examination results”.
  • Click “Select” below your programme.
  • Choose the academic year.
  • Click “Final transcript of records” to download your document.

Ghent University documents include an authenticity code (introduced since academic year 2015–2016).
You do not need to create this code yourself: it is automatically printed on the Transcript of Records.
