Research interest

• Development of the MAPPIT (MAmmalian Protein-Protein Interaction Trap) interactomics platform to monitor molecular interactions in living cella
• Development of AcTakines, which are cytokines with unprecedented cell specificity in vivo
• Testing of AcTakines in various mouse tumor models, human tumor cell lines and patient-derived tumor xenografts in humanized mice
• Testing of AcTakines on different models for autoimmune diseases

Orionis Biosciences is a spin-off company from this lab with the goal to push this new class of biologicals from bench to bedside.
