Registering for resit exams

Ghent University wishes to drastically reduce the number of unused examination papers in the resit exams.

That is why we are asking all students who have resit exams to confirm separately for each exam that they will be participating.

Do you have resit exams? 

Go to oasis.ugent.be and click on "configuration schedule groups." There you can register for your resit exams from the moment the marks are announced until 7 August 2026.

This is not mandatory. Even without registering in advance, you can still take the exam in the resit period. However, your confirmation helps us to optimise the logistics of the exams.

Please note: your exam schedule will always show all your resit exams, including those for which you have not registered.
