ConGAS: Gesture Controlled Audio Systems

Project Description:

The main objective of this COST Action is to significantly contribute to the advancement of the development of different gesture data analysis and capture/actuation aspects connected to the control of digital sound and music processing.

COST stands for European Co-operation in the field of Scientific and Technical Research. More than 10 European countries (Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, and Sweden) and Canada participate.The partners work on capture and analysis methods, gesture devices, and multidisciplinary applications. The actual collaboration will be based on three Working Groups. On a national level, an Interest Group meets and exchanges ideas.
