Dr. Kenza Lamot is Assistant Professor in Journalism Studies and Political Communication at the Department of Communication Science of the University of Ghent in the Faculty of Political and Social Science. She teaches on the subjects of journalism practice, journalistic storytelling and politics and media. The thread within her research is the study of the use of data and technological innovations within journalism practice. She is particularly interested in the journalist-audience relationship and the role of technology therein.
