Janne Ingelbeen is a PhD candidate (FWO) at the Department of Political Science of Ghent University. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Management (2023, Ghent University). Her main research interests are political representation, expert democracy and democratic innovations. During her PhD project Janne studies the attitudes towards, the use of, and the effects of expert advice in the Belgian policy context.
