Bart Peeters

Bart Peeters obtained his PhD in law in 2010 with the dissertation “Tax transparency: allocation of income. An investigation of the classification of cross-border partnerships.”

Within the Tax Law Institute at the UGent Faculty of Law & Criminology he focuses on VAT, international and European taxation (mainly focusing on international / European aspects of corporate income taxes).
