Short Bio
Jan has been active as a voluntary research assistant at the Tax Law Institute of the Interdisciplinary Study of Law, Private Law and Business Law Department of Ghent University since 2022.
He obtained his master's degree at Ghent University in 2020, and then followed the Manama tax law at the ULB.
He currently works in the tax department at the law firm Linklaters.
Jan focuses mainly on tax disputes, corporate tax (in the broad sense), and investment taxation. He also handles VAT files.
