There are two types of examination boards: the Examination Board per deliberation set and the Examination Board per study programme. More information can be found in the Education and Examination code.

Examination schedules

As of 28/11/25-20/3/26-15/7/26 you can find your personal examination schedule via Time Edit or Oasis. Take a look at class- and exam schedules.

On the webpage exams and feedback you will find practical information about the exams :

• overlap ? Give priority to the course of the lowest year and contact the professor of the highest year. You can only ask for a catch-up examination if your situation meets the rules of the Education and examination code - article 75.
• Ill? Contact the Faculty Student Administration(FSA) with the original proof within 3 days after the examination in question. Contact the professor and ask for a catch-up examination.
