Azizeh Rezaei

Azizeh Rezaei has joined the PaInT group in 2020 to work on the project ‘Encapsulation of Valerian essential oil and its effect on the Survival of Commercial Probiotic in Chocolate as a Food Model’.

Prior to joining PaInT, she worked as part time lecturer at Azad University in Iran. She is studying Ph.D. at Tarbiat Modares University (Iran). Before that, she received her Master’s degree of Food Science and Technology at Urmia University (Iran), and now she is working as a voluntary employee in UGent.
