Chunxia Su

Chunxia joined the PaInT group as a PhD student in 2018. Before that, she received her Master Degree of Food Science from Hubei University of Technology (China) working on nanomechanical properties of natural oil bodies by atomic force microscopy.

Her PhD research focuses on developing a technique which enables the quantification of PGPR, gaining more fundamental knowledge about the adsorption behaviour of PGPR at the W/O-interface and the characteristics of this interface next to obtaining stable high water volume W/O emulsions with minimal concentration of PGPR.
