Examination results and transcript of records

When will I receive my examination results?

After each examination period, your list of results will be available on Oasis.
For the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration this happens on the following dates:

Academic year 2025-2026:

  • Tuesday, 3 February 2026 at 13:30: early release of results for students enrolled in a bachelor's programme who are taking first-year bachelor's courses
  • Friday, 6 February 2026 at 13:30: release of results for all students, except those who are eligible to graduate
  • Thursday, 12 February 2026 at 13:30: release of results for students who are eligible to graduate in their final year
  • Wednesday, 1 July 2026 at 13:30
  • Wednesday, 9 September 2026 at 13:30

Viewing examination results and downloading your transcript of records

  1. Go to http://oasis.ugent.be and log in with your UGent username and password (the same as for UGent email and Ufora).
  2. Click “Examination Results” in the left‑hand menu under the heading “General”.
  3. Click the “Select” button next to your programme: you will then see the button to print your grade report (Final grade list).

 Grade reports from previous academic years:

  1. Go to http://oasis.ugent.be and log in with your UGent username and password (the same as for the UGent mail and Ufora).
  2. Click “Examination Results” in the left‑hand menu under “General”.
  3. Click the “Select” button next to your programme.
  4. Select the academic year.
  5. Click “Final grade list” to print the latest grade list for that academic year.
