Overview of the courses for the double Degree Business Economics Clermont Auvergne

Students from Université Clermont Auvergne

 

In the first year of the master programme, UCA Students will be registered in either the Master Mention Comptabilité Contrôle Audit (‘CCA’) or Master Mention Finance, major International Audit, Economics and Finance (‘Finance’) at their home institution. If they choose to enter the Double Degree Programme they will have to register for their second year at UCA in the Master Mention Finance, major International Audit, Economics and Finance.

Thus, in the first year UCA students will be dually registered in Master of Science in Business Economics, main subject Corporate Finance or main subject Accounting (UGent) and First Year Master of CCA or Master of Finance (UCA). In the second year, UCA students will be dually registered in Master of Science in Business Economics, main subject Corporate Finance or main subject Accounting (Ghent) and the Master of Finance, major International Audit, Economics and Finance (UCA).

SEM 3 will be organised in Clermont Ferrand

UGent students have to come in UCA in semester 3 (September - December) after their master in Ghent and can do their research thesis in semester 4 (January - July) in Ghent or in Clermont Ferrand.

UGent students can choose between the Economics Finance track or the Accounting Audit track.

SEM 4 can be attended physically in Clermont Ferrand or in Ghent, defined as UE 4 R 1c. For UGent students, it will consist of a master’s thesis, as defined in the UGent course specification F000878. There will be dual supervision and joint defense of the thesis.
