M&A multidisciplinary approached

A lot of people come into contact with M&A’s during their professional career. A merge or acquisition has financial, tax or legal consequences. Most courses focus on one aspect of M&A’s and are often too theoretical. Our workshops wanted to bring change to the table and focus on M&A’s in a multidisciplinary way. Additionally there’s also room for interaction between attendees and the lecturers and a small networking moment.
