Learning Track Counselling
The learning track counsellors provide you with information, advice and assistance during your entire study career. They act as contact persons within the faculty with regard to the ‘study progress’. You can contact them for information about:
- possible choices within a study programme (minor, major, elective course units, Erasmus, ...)
- Education and Examination Code
- learning paths (standard learning track, personalised learning track, abridged track)
- contract types
- amending the curriculum in function of special status (functional impairment, working student, approved top-level sports activities, professional artistry, etc.)
- procedure for applying for exemptions
- composing and amending an individual curriculum
- study (re)orientation and further studies
- combination work-study and the working student status
- learning account
- study progress monitoring

Contact
Below you will find the agendas of the learning track counsellors and you can make an appointment. You can only book an appointment in the ‘free time slots’. After you have requested an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. If it turns out that the appointment cannot be held due to circumstances, please inform the learning track counsellor as soon as possible, so that the time slot can be used for another appointment.
Make sure you are prepared for your session, so that all questions can be answered within your time slot.
