After registration
The day after registration you will receive your UGent login for your UGent account by email. Some time later you will receive your student card by mail.
After you receive your login, go to https://oasis.ugent.be and add the courses to be taken to your curriculum.
Re-registering as a guest student
Send an email to gaststudent@ugent.be with your certificate of enrolment from your home institution attached.
