What
You are enrolled in a programme at an institution of the Association of Ghent (Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen, Hogeschool Gent or Arteveldehogeschool) and you want to take elective courses at UGent (AUGent-mobility).
Required documents
- Completed form 'Aanvraagformulier interne mobiliteit' found on the AUGent's Internal Mobility webpage (in Dutch only)
How to register
After registration
The day after registration you will receive your UGent login for your UGent account by email. Some time later you will receive your student card by mail.
After you receive your login, go to https://oasis.ugent.be and add the courses to be taken to your curriculum.
Re-registering as a guest student
Send the document listed under 'Required documents' and a certificate of enrolment from your primary institution to gaststudent@ugent.be
