Exams are over. What's next?
Announcement results and feedback
You can view your transcript of records at 9:00 on 3 July via Oasis. You can also see your personal exam schedule there by 16 July at the latest.
Check the Ufora pages of each second semester course to see when and how the feedback takes place.
Consultations
Do you need to resit many exams? Contact one of the student counsellors by mail or MS Teams for a consultation. During this consultation, we will help to assess the feasibility of your resit period. Consultations take place via MS Teams or on campus (Campus UFO, Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 41, T1, ground floor, monitoring service).
Personalised learning path
If you need help with specific issues in your learning track in September (such as refusal to re-enroll, special status, deviations from the curriculum regulations, change of study programme, etc.), you can contact the learning path counsellors via tb.psw@ugent.be.
Confirm participation resit exams.
We ask you to confirm your participation in the resit exams.
For each resit exam in which you will participate (except internships and the master’s thesis defense), you will have to register by 8 August 2025, at the latest.
With this procedure, we want to optimise the exam logistics and make sure they run as smoothly as possible, e.g. by providing a more accurate number of exam copies.
Registering for exams during the resit exam period:
- via oasis.ugent.be > Configuration schedule groups
- from the day after the public announcement of exam results until 8 August 2025
- your exam schedule will show all exams, whether you have registered for them or not
Q: What happens if I forgot to register before the deadline?
A: Even then, you are still entitled to your second exam opportunity. We ask you even then to still register in order to facilitate the exam logistics.
Q: I did not register for an exam. Do I have an extra exam opportunity now ?
A: No. If you do not participate, you forfeit your resit exam and you will not get an extra exam opportunity at a later date.
Q: I reoriented and I cannot register for the courses that were transferred from my discontinued programme. Additionally, I see old courses listed that I am not taking in my new programme.
A: You are, of course, allowed to participate in the second exam opportunity for the courses that were transferred from your discontinued programme to your new programme ; you do not need to register for these. However, you are not allowed to retake exams for courses from your discontinued programme that are no longer part of your new programme.
