Dr. Thomas Jacobs
Dr. Thomas Jacobs was a PhD student and postdoctoral researcher at GIES. During this period, Thomas studied (discourses on) EU trade policy. This culminated, among other things, in his dissertation "Winning hegemony: A discourse-theoretical perspective on political strategy and the trade politics of the European Parliament".
