Dr. Wouter Lips
Dr. Wouter Lips was a PhD student and postdoctoral researcher at GIES. During this period, Wouter studied international tax governance. This culminated, among other things, in his dissertation "Power and interests in international tax governance: Explaining the CRS and BEPS regimes".
