Emin Daskin

Emin is a PhD student at the Department of Political Science - Doctoral School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Ghent University and is a research affiliate at the Ghent Institute for International and European Studies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Economics and an Advanced Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.

His area of interest is political violence with a specific focus in his PhD on the Kurdish conflict in Turkey and its communicative aspects with keywords such as propaganda, mobilization and revolutionary violence, peace process and ideological change management.
